Cherish someone you love..

I was watching a movie called 'ps: i love you', is an American movie. The story is about how the young widow dealing with the days after her love one had gone.
Before the husband died, he wrote her a series of letters that will guide her, not only through the grief, but in rediscovering herself. I cried when watching it. Imagine a person who you love so much has suddenly gone. Every night at the same room, same bed, thinking the same thing, talking to the air, missing him badly, wanting to see him so much then suddenly he appear in front of you, but it's just a dream. It's not difficult to forget someone but it's difficult to move on. For me, I can't do either.

I cried because the good memories keep appearing in my mind. I felt left out in the cold. Nobody cares..
I don't know why.. I'm so jealous when people showing love in front of me. I feel uncomfortable, I wanna hide. In a relationship is just a term for saying, some people they're married, but in fact they're separating. Some people they did sacrifice lots of thing for the love one, but they take it for granted.

Sometimes you're lost.. you don't know what love is.. I'm not an expert but I can tell you..
You just wanna be with him/her for the rest of your life. When you don't, please leave.
Don't care about the problems, cause problem can be solved. So, just ask yourself. Do you want be with him/her forever?
Love is just that simple.

No, it's not.
I was always thought that way..
When my love one gave me a big shoot to my heart, it's half dead now.
Please, I'm not telling everyone my problems, just a little bit sharing.
Why should I pretend that I'm fine..
Do I deserve all these? Or I must press the shit out of a dog ass only can be a good mother?
You judging me this way? Really?

She left less than 8 years life..
I'll be so sad if I can't see her anymore..
Can't see her excited face when I'm home..
And you're taking her away from me..

I'm glad that you're happy.
ps: 你冷落我了

Morning Glory!

So how was your day peeps?
Have you done any good things recently?

I had blood donation yesterday.. It was kinda scary yet excited. :D
A friend of mine 'mou mou ren' (she doesn't wants her name appear on my blog) told me about this activity. Since I haven't tried that before, so I decided to give a try!

BENEFITS FROM DONATED BLOOD

Blood donation benefits many people. One pint of blood benefits donors in the following ways:
  • Each pint of whole blood donated by one person helps three other people.
  • One pint of blood may be separate into its various components such as plasma, red blood cells and others. If one pint of blood is used as components, it can help seven people.
  • Blood donation benefits surgical patients. A liver transplant patient, for example, may need up to ten pints of blood during surgery. Blood transfusions are needed during many types of surgery and for accident victims.
  • People undergoing chemotherapy and radiation benefit from blood donation.
  • Individuals with sickle-cell anemia need blood donations to replace their red blood cells.
  • Donated blood saves the lives of premature infants and children. Many of these tiny patients require blood transfusions, and only blood from a donor can help them.

HEALTH BENEFITS TO DONORS

Blood donation benefits extend beyond those who receive life-giving blood. Donors also receive numerous health benefits. Blood donation benefits to donors include:
  • Free health screening: Every time you give blood, a medical technician, doctor or nurse will check your blood pressure and give you a free health screening.
  • Reduced risk of heart disease: Some doctors and scientists believe that giving blood may prevent heart disease. Although no conclusive evidence is available, numerous physicians have noted that blood donors typically have fewer cases of heart disease than non-donors. Dr. Harvey Klein, in an article on USA Today, speculates that giving blood regularly reduces the amount of iron in the bloodstream. While iron is an important element and necessary for human life, too much iron may actually damage the heart and circulatory system. Dr. Klein and others believe that reducing blood iron through regular blood donation is a healthy way to potentially lower your risk of heart disease.
  • Acts of altruism make you feel good! Giving feels great, especially when you understand that one hour of your time and one pint of blood can save so many people.

A little advice from me:
  • Do eat before you go for blood donation.
  • Don't go for that if you're unwell.
  • Make sure you have no flu, cough and etc..
  • You weight must be 45kg and above.
  • Be honest.
  • Tell the nurse if you feel dizzy during the blood donation.
  • It's painful!! Please prepare for that!
  • Don't cry otherwise you will look funny. ==

Haha.
Oh, You'll be asked to complete a health questionnaire.

A picture with my daughter before going out..

Hoho. The blood color shows the healthness.

Had a little fun during that moment..

Hate to say goodbye.

Phew! Here we go..

It was the last place visited in Newcastle. He said the famous fish & chips was found in Tynemouth, it was about 6-8 miles from Newcastle, well, I guess? Sitting in train was fun at oversea, you can see the different views through the window, and it's definitely a nice view. ;)

Taa-dah! Aren't these houses look cute? Was in the train with a moody guy.

Haha. Prepared for the yummulicious fish & chips. Maggi's chili sauce is always the best! (Advertisement for Malaysia brand :p)  and not to forget, my favourite mayonnaise! Oh, did you see a tea spoon hide behind my dots bag? It's their companion.. :p Please do not think that we're crazy cause without these, the food is tasteless!

Here we are..

A shop that sells all kind of vintage stuffs..

I was dazzled by the colorful decorations. Inside was kinda messy..

I wish Malaysia has this announcement everywhere.

Obviously, Tynemouth is really a place for fish & chips. Whatever price you saw in the picture, do times 5. :)

Yes, here's the place. Don't judge a book by its cover.
You never know this place is always full of crowd..

We ordered Cod &chips. 6.20 pounds
Ps: never ever order haddock with chips, he said it's not nice.

Such a big portion, it's good to share unless you can finish it by your own.
The fish is fresh but the chips are too soft, it don't have the crunchy texture. (macam overnight punya.)

Welcome to Tynemouth Priory and Castle.
13th- century fortress and monastery

在茫茫人海中.. 我遇见了你..

My favourite picture of all.

Seaside!! It's so cold when the wind blow..

There's a love between us..
The shape will never be perfect unless you know the way to adjust it..
It might need a lot of times, or challenges..
Promise me you will stay strong no matter what..
:)

Look! Doggies chasing on the beach, I wondered if they run away?

End.

Breakfast time!
Poached eggs, garlic butter mushroom and Tesco pan cakes! Lol
Call me cooking mama! :p

It was the last day before leaving to Malaysia. It haven't been snowing after Christmas, so I pray to god to let me see snow again. Surprisingly, god heard me. :D
Although its just the mild snow but I'm satisfied. :)

I will miss this market so much..

Kebab on last day. *hungry*

.............................................................................................

The night was full of tears..

Greggs in the Airport..

My favourite sausage roll..

Well, that's all about my trip..
:) There's a lot words in my mind but couldn't tell out..

Big haul from UK!!
